RSG Underwriting Managers reshuffles management team as RSG prepares for IPO

Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has expanded and revised the executive leadership team for RSG Underwriting Managers, ahead of a planned initial public offering (IPO) of RSG.

Tom Clark has been named as chief executive officer of RSG Underwriting Managers, replacing Nick Cortezi who remains in the position of chairman.

Miles Wuller becomes president of RSG Underwriting Managers, a role formerly held by Matt Nichols, who becomes a senior advisor and consultant to RSG.

RSG said it has not decided how many shares of class A common stock will be offered in the IPO, or the price range for the proposed offering. It expects to commence the IPO once the US Securities and Exchange Commission has completed its review.
