AM Best assigns A rating to AmTrust Captive Solutions

Rating agency AM Best has assigned a financial strength rating of A (Excellent) and an issuer credit rating of “a” to AmTrust Captive Solutions (ACS). Both ratings have been assigned a stable outlook.

The ratings reflect the support given to the firm by AmTrust International Insurance (AIIL), AmTrust Financial Services’ (AFSI) Bermuda subsidiary, in the form of an intercompany quota share agreement. This agreement is to be executed after regulatory approval.
