Arch Insurance North America has partnered up with cyber insurance and security firm Coalition in a deal that will see it provide long term capacity for its US and Canada cyber and technology errors and omissions programmes.
Coalition has grown to over $150 million of run-rate gross written premium in the last year, and serves more than 41,000 organisations. The multi-year partnership is intended to further support Coalition’s growth.
Jay Rajendra, Arch’s chief strategy and innovation officer, said Coalition’s data-driven approach to insuring cyber risk matches Arch’s own commitment to leveraging advanced analytics to better manage risk.
Joshua Motta, co-founder and chief executive officer at Coalition, said the two firms will work together to develop new and advanced predictive analytics to improve cyber products.
