MSI appoints Rohlfs as programme specialist
MSI has appointed Elizabeth Rohlfs as a program implementation and quality assurance specialist.
Rohlfs will report to vice president Rosa Garcia and will work with the sales team and operations department to assist in the program design and processes, supporting the implementation process with financial proformas and risk analysis.
As a quality assurance officer, she will interact with all departments to create policies and procedures to document requirements, analyse and design workflow as well as monitor the outcomes of this and recommend corrective action to assure the company achieves the highest level of quality for the service provided.
She brings with her a variety of skills obtained through work within several industries including emergency medical and fire services, accounting in the field of tax, real estate and insurance, captive management services and claim analysis. She has a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting qualifications.
Since obtaining the Associate in Captive Insurance designation through the International Center for Captive Insurance Education, she has been focusing on program efficiency and developing process improvement measures within alternative risk management operations.
