SIIA launches annual captive industry survey

The Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) is conducting its annual survey to gather insights into the captive industry, identifying emerging risks and current trends, and obtaining valuable perspectives from current and potential captive owners. Brokers using captives or looking to learn more about captive insurance are also encouraged to complete the survey.

This short survey includes general industry questions and some tailored specifically to industry roles such as service providers, captive managers/advisors, captive owners, and brokers.

The SIIA will close the survey on Friday, August 22nd. Every participant will be entered for a chance to win their choice of a discounted registration to any 2026 SIIA conference or a $250 Amazon gift card. 

The survey results and analysis will be sent to each participant and presented at SIIA’s 2025 National Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 13th.
