The North Carolina Captive Insurance Association (NCCIA) will host its seventh annual conference from August 21-23, at the The Ballantyne resort in Charlotte, NC.
Announcing the event on YouTube, Leon Rives, the chairman of the NCCIA, promised 11 expert panel sessions and three plenary sessions, one of which will involve Mike Causey, who has served as the state’s commissioner of insurance since January 2017.
North Carolina has grown from having no captives seven years ago to being a top five captive domicile in the US, and a top 10 domicile globally, said Rives.
