Roundstone cancels Medical Captive Forum
Roundstone has cancelled its annual Medical Captive Forum in Cleveland, Ohio, which had been scheduled for May 6-7.
The move comes less than a week after it announced it planned to press ahead with the event.
The decision follows CDC guidelines regarding gatherings of more than 50 attendees. It hopes to reschedule the event for a later date, once such restrictions have been lifted.
Mike Schroeder, president of Roundstone, said: "Now, more than ever, employers need to proactively assure their employees' health is being taken care of. Our Medical Captive Forum will return and continue its tradition of helping businesses deliver best in class health care for their employees and their families."
