Agnone rejoins Chestnut Hill

Greg Agnone has announced that he is leaving his current role of vice president - captive solutions at Skyward Specialty Insurance.

“After much reflection, I have decided to re-assume my position as president & chief executive of Chestnut Hill Insurance group,” Agnone said in a statement on LinkedIn. “Thanks to the Chestnut Hill team for convincing me to come back and leaving the door open. We will still be involved in captive insurance in a few different capacities as well as financial planning, investments and business consulting.”

He first joined Chestnut Hill in December 2013.

Agnone added that Chestnut Hill Insurance Group and Agnone Financial will be merging to form Chestnut Hill Financial Group as the parent company, which he will oversee.

Agnone joined Skyward Specialty Insurance in September 2023. Prior to that he worked for Midwest Employers Casualty from October 2017 to July 2022, first as captive business development director and then as senior director, captives.
