Endurance healthcare liability veteran passes away

Judy Hart, formerly of Endurance, has passed away in St Louis Missouri.

In a statement released by her family, it was revealed that she passed away peacefully on February 8th, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Hart started her career in the healthcare professional liability insurance industry in 1971 while living in St. Louis and raising her two daughters with her husband, Terry.

In a LinkedIn statement announcing the news, Kim Morgan, Bermuda healthcare practice leader at Endurance Specialty Insurance, said: “Judy was not only responsible for building the Healthcare practice for Endurance in Bermuda but was integral to the success of the Company, having joined Endurance at its formation in 2002 until she retired.

“She had tremendous relationships with clients and brokers alike. She loved to see people grow and was a huge contributor to developing so many of us in the current Healthcare market in Bermuda, and I am so fortunate that she was my mentor and friend.”
