FORTY Under 40 – the leaders of the future

The potential leaders of the future have been highlighted with the release of Captive International’s inaugural FORTY Under 40 project.

We organised and announced this project earlier this year, as a way of acknowledging the up and coming young executives in the world of captives, who were all nominated by our readers.

We were overwhelmed by the sheer number of nominations, with some people being nominated by multiple peers within the industry, allowing us to create a substantial list.

That list was then sent to our judging panel, who scored the nominations, which allowed us to create the final 40 list.
