Ryan Specialty completes trio of deals

International specialty insurance company Ryan Specialty has completed a trio of previously announced deals.

Firstly, it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Point6 Healthcare, a distributor of medical stop loss insurance, pharmacy solutions, and complex claims management on behalf of retail brokers and third party administrators.

Secondly, it has completed the acquisition of Socius Insurance Services, a national wholesale insurance broker headquartered in Northern California.

And finally it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of ACE Benefit Partners, a medical stop loss general agent.
