WTW expands head of claims advocacy role

WTW has announced that James Dorion has taken an expanded role as head of claim advocacy for North America (NA) within WTW’s corporate risk and broking business.

Dorion joined WTW in New York City in May 2017 and was tasked with starting up the company’s liability claim consulting practice, run casualty claims and spearhead carrier relations.

He has now been assigned the duty of overseeing both claim advocacy and liability claim consulting in NA, with a clear and dual objective of enhancing the quality and delivery of WTW's claim advocacy services and promoting profitable growth of the liability claim consulting business.

Dorion joins Henry Daar (head of property claims NA), Brian Weiss (head of the claims & legal group, FINEX NA) and Joe Picone (head of claims consulting NA) in senior leadership.

Prior to moving to WTW Dorian worked for Marsh from 2000 to 2017.
