FORTY Under 40 – have you voted yet?

Nominations for Captive International’s third FORTY Under 40 awards, our celebration of the best and brightest up-and-coming talent in the industry, closes this Friday, January 10.

For the third year in a row, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most proactive, prominent, and respected young leaders in the industry.

Our 2025 FORTY Under 40 survey is again designed to allow professionals to nominate peers and colleagues who they believe are making their mark – and tell us why. The data generated by this process will be collated and presented to a panel of judges, who are all experienced and senior figures in the captives industry. They will assess the nominees and determine the final list of individuals to feature in our report.

This list, containing interviews and further insights from those selected, will be published in our FORTY Under 40 Report 2025. 

With many senior executives in the captives sector close to retirement, this report will offer a fascinating insight as to who the next generation of leaders might be.
