FORTY under 40 judges panel chosen
A blue-ribbon panel of judges has been appointed to select Captive International’s 2025 FORTY Under 40 for 2025.
They will choose the best and the brightest rising talent in the captive insurance industry from your nominations, which are due by January 10, 2025.
The industry leaders are:

• Sandy Bigglestone, Deputy Commissioner of the Captive Insurance Division, Vermont Department of Financial Regulation
