Generali hire for benefits network
Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) has hired Laura Lessard as a captives services specialist. At the employee benefits network, she will manage day-to-day relationships and queries from captive clients related to existing policies and the delivery of all periodic reporting and policy renewals.
She joins after 18 years with Pangea International in Connecticut, where she was an account executive working on a $30 million book of Cayman-based healthcare accounts. Before that, she worked with Aetna International, which provides health benefits and services to almost 900,000 people worldwide.
GEB, a business line of Italy’s Generali Group, is an “integrated network and global service-based platform” offering benefits to employees worldwide.
