ICCIE unveils new faculty members

The International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) has announced its latest faculty members.

In a statement on LinkedIn, ICCIE said: “We are pleased to welcome our newest faculty! Joining the ICCIE instructional team this spring are: David Angus (Risk Retention Groups), Gregory H. Cobb (Investment Basics for Captives), Jonathan Habart, CPA, ACI (Understanding Risk and Risk Retention Mechanisms), and Ryan Peruski (Healthcare Captives Overview).”

ICCIE was conceived by the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) in 2001. According to ICCIE, it is the premier provider of captive insurance education and offers the pre-eminent professional designation in captive insurance.

Last year Captive International released a special publication dedicated to the 20th anniversary of ICCIE. In this publication, produced with the help of ICCIE, we take a look at how it came into existence, how its core program has evolved over the years and just why it’s so important.
