AM Best to present at 2024 TxCIA annual conference

AM Best senior financial analyst Adrienne Stark will provide an overview of the US captive industry at the upcoming Texas Captive Insurance Association (TxCIA)’s annual conference, which is scheduled for October 17-18, 2023, in Irving, Texas.

Stark also will discuss AM Best’s rating process as it applies to captive insurers during the session, which is scheduled for 9:10 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, October 18.

AM Best claims to be the leading rating agency of alternative risk transfer entities, with more than 200 such vehicles rated in the United States and throughout the world.

The TxCIA serves as an information resource about captive insurance to members and regulators and encourages the utilisation of captive insurance for risk management.
