Barclays’ UK captives boss James Morris recognised as a kindness leader

James Morris, managing director and head of UK insurance and captive banking at Barclays Corporate Banking, has been recognised for being at the forefront of kindness leadership.

Morris was named among the Kindness and Leadership 50 Leading Lights UK, a list that was put together by Women of the Future, and sponsored by Lloyds Banking Group.

This year is the third year of the initiative.

Women of the Future said: “Kindness makes business sense; it impacts outcomes, whether it be productivity, engagement or customer service. People do not forget acts of kindness.”
