BCN to host captive governance webinar

The Bermuda Captive Network (BCN) has announced it is working with Kim Willey from ASW Law and George Jones from Ocorian on hosting a webinar on Good Governance Tips for Captives this month.

The webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 25th at 10am AST.

Amongst the topics that will be discussed at the webinar will be the importance of board fiduciary duties, an update on board governance and legal requirements as affected by recent regulatory developments on Bermuda.

The webinar will also look at the upcoming new privacy legislation, which is expected to come into effect in January 2025.
