Bigglestone to speak at 2023 European Captive Forum

The European Captive Forum is returning for 2023 on November 8-9 at the European Convention Centre, Luxembourg.

Sandy Bigglestone, Vermont's deputy commissioner of captive insurance, will be speaking on November 8th at two discussion panels, the first on hot topics for supervisors, where she will be joined by Steve Kinion, captive insurance director at the Oklahoma Insurance Department, and others.

Bigglestone’s second panel will be entitled: “Solvency II Review - EC Directives - Allows Proportionality Principle generous reductions/deletion for Captives?” and will be later that morning.
