BPS captive specialist becomes shareholder

Accounting and consulting firm Bauknight Pietras & Stormer (BPS) has appointed Ben Glenn to the firm's leadership team as a shareholder.

Glenn is currently the lead tax professional on BPS' captive insurance team, where he serves captives and their parent companies throughout the US.

He consults on the formation of new captive insurance companies, and on risk transfer and risk distribution matters. He has defended captives in IRS examinations and submitted private letter ruling requests to the IRS.
