Caitlin Morgan launches Vermont office, names senior captives head

Insurance broker and managing general agency Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services has opened a new office in Vermont, and named Dustin Partlow as senior vice president to lead its captive management business.

Partlow has over 10 years of experience working with risk retention groups and captives, and most recently served as director of captive management operations at Hylant Administrative Services.

Prior to Hylant, he was director at JLT Towner Insurance Management.

“We are incredibly excited for Dustin to join the Caitlin Morgan team,” said Chris Murray, president of Caitlin Morgan. “His years of experience working in captive management and the alternative risk space makes him a valuable new addition to our team.”
