Chubb appoints head to manage multinational captive programmes


Property/casualty insurer Chubb has appointed Barry Beard as head of global service and complex multinational UK&I.

Based in London, Beard will be managing Chubb's multinational network and services for the UK and Ireland, and will be responsible for helping clients deal with complex multinational captive programmes. He will report to Suresh Krishnan, head of global accounts division Chubb Europe.

Beard has over 20 years of experience in insurance, and is moving from his current role as head of credit management for Chubb's European, Eurasia and Africa, and Asia Pacific divisions.
