CICA is seeking nominations for board members

The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) has opened nominations for the CICA Board of Directors.

It has said in addition to a willingness to contribute time and talent, nominees must meet the following requirements: be a current captive owner, manager or service provider member; attend two in-person meetings and two conference call meetings on an annual basis; and be willing to serve a three-year term (with eligibility to serve one additional three-year term).

This year, CICA has two open seats. The nomination deadline is December 31, 2023.
