Former Autoliv director joins Loomis as chief risk officer

Athina Pehrman, director group risk management at Autoliv has announced that she is joining Loomis’ executive management team as their chief risk officer.

In a statement via LinkedIn Pehrman said: “Risk is Loomis’ core business and supported by a 240 people strong risk & security organisation [and] I am looking forward to taking risk management, insurance and captive management, security management, crisis management, and business continuity management to the next level.

“Loomis has a captive in Dublin, hence European captive regulations will be my focus again.”

Pehrman joined Autoliv in August 2021 as director of group risk management and also as president of ACap Insurance, Autoliv’s US-based captive.

Prior to that she was Group Risk Manager at Electrolux Professional from November 2019 to August 2021.
