MAXIS partners with HUMANOO

MAXIS Global Benefits Network, the MetLife and AXA international employee benefits joint venture, has announced a partnership with HUMANOO, an innovator in automated digital wellbeing.

MAXIS’ multinational clients will now be able to choose to work with HUMANOO and help improve the overall health, wellbeing and engagement of their people.

HUMANOO’s app is designed to help improve employees’ physical and mental health with customised, on-demand fitness, physio, yoga, mindfulness, sleep and nutrition programmes. It uses over 3,000 video and audio coaching programmes, combined with gamification-led challenges, rewards and incentives to engage employees in activities that benefit their overall health and wellbeing.

Employers working with HUMANOO will have access to in-depth analytics and data to measure success and make informed decisions about its business and people.

Dr. Leena Johns, chief health & wellness officer at MAXIS GBN, said: “Engaging employees in health and wellness programmes is a challenge for employers all over the world. HUMANOO’s unique combination of rewards, incentives and challenges has been incredibly successful and we’re excited to offer its app to help our clients truly engage their people in wellness and developing healthy habits.”

HUMANOO joins a number of carefully selected suppliers that make up MAXIS’ wellness technology marketplace. The marketplace – part of MAXIS’ Global Wellness solution – offers multinationals a dedicated and unique suite of digital-led health and wellness services from some of the world’s most innovative providers. These services enable multinationals to offer greater wellness equity worldwide by matching the global footprint of the employer.
