NARS promotes new chief growth officer
North American Risk Services (NARS) has announced the promotion of Chris Reilly to the role of chief growth officer, a move aimed at driving the company's ongoing expansion efforts.
In his new role Reilly will lead the business development team, utilising his experience and industry connections.
Reilly joined NARS six years ago as vice president of business development.
His connections in the industry improved NARS’ brand visibility in the marketplace with much of the company’s growth being attributed to the relationships formed by Reilly.
Reilly will continue to work with the business development team to grow the NARS brand.
Jamie Bernardo, executive vice president and a principal at NARS, said: "As NARS expands its Business Development footprint, we need a leader like Chris to manage and develop the incoming talent on this team.
“He is knowledgeable about the industry and NARS and is a natural fit for this role. We are confident that he will exceed our expectations in his new position," Bernado continued.
Reilly shared his enthusiasm for his new role and noted he is “proud of the connections and opportunities NARS has formed and the growth we have experienced. I am incredibly grateful to my industry connections and colleagues, and I am excited to see our team reach new heights.”
This move follows NARS’ hire of Andrea Tripoli as vice president of business development last week.
