USA Risk Group taps Cunningham Lindsey for VP role

Captive management firm USA Risk Group has appointed Peter Rasmussen at vice president of business development.

In this role, Rasmussen will be responsible for driving all sales activity and will work closely with the firm’s subject matter experts.

Rasmussen has 16 years of sales and management experience, and previously served as assistant vice president of sales at Cunningham Lindsey, a loss adjusting, claims management and risk solutions firm.

Prior to that he held roles at Zurich North America and Arrowhead General Insurance Agency.

“We are delighted to have Pete join our team as his experience in building relationships with people throughout the insurance industry as well as in a B2B capacity will be strategic for our business growth in the years to come,” said Shawn Burger, chief operating officer. “This new role for the company will complement the existing service standards provided by our team over the past 37 years and we’re looking forward to having Pete continue the tradition.”
