Redion launches new multinational employee benefits solution

Redion has launched its direct Cross-Border Employee Benefits Solutions business, a strategic step that it says broadens its offering and supports the evolving needs of multinational clients.

By adding direct insurance to its existing global solutions for multinationals, Redion Employee Benefits, which was formerly known as Generali Employee Benefits Network until its rebrand in May 2026  said that it is strengthening its ability to support employers with expat and mobile employees across the pan-European area.

Antoine Parisi, chief executive of Redion Group said: “This is an important step towards our vision to be the world's premier care partner.”

According to the company the launch of Cross-Border Solutions is an important milestone in its long-term strategy to build sustainable, scalable, reliable, agile and well-governed solutions across its benefits ecosystem. It strengthens its ability to serve multinational employers with solutions designed for increasingly international and mobile workforces.

The Cross-Border Solutions reinforce Redion Employee Benefits’ high standards for a client-centric approach, ensuring a reliable and agile response to changes in the market: Assicurazioni Generali- Luxembourg Branch will act as the insurance carrier for the solution, providing a strong foundation through Generali Group balance sheet, supported by a dedicated team to service the clients and their employees.

Wendy Liu, chief executive global benefits and partnerships at Redion, said: “Cross-Border Solutions is a strategic step in our ambition to grow a stronger employee benefits value proposition. It connects multinational employers with the right insurance capabilities through a governance model they can trust. By bringing cross-border insurance into our offering, we can deliver a better proposition for clients and strengthen the connection with our global employee benefits network.”

“Cross-Border Solutions reflects our belief that customer focus, contractual simplicity and operational excellence must go hand in hand,” said Ludovic Bayard, chief executive of Redion Employee Benefits. “We are building the right product framework to support our clients and their employees, creating a stronger platform for the future.”
