Hylant poaches captives consultant from Marsh

Hylant has hired Alexandra Gedge as a senior captives consultant in London.

Gedge was formerly at Marsh where she was vice president of insurance consulting for business development and captive insurance. She joined Marsh via JLT Insurance Management in 2017 from Willis Towers Watson where she was also a captive insurance consultant.
