Generali Employee Benefits Network simplifies benefits programmes with eNomad tool
Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) has launched eNomad, an online tool designed to help multinational companies and insurance intermediaries to better manage benefit plans for globally mobile and expatriate employees.
Designing and implementing benefits programmes for decentralised workers is a complex challenge, noted GEB. eNomad allows insurance intermediaries and multinational companies to submit quotation requests through a simplified, six step process, for group life, disability, accident, healthcare and retirement and savings covers.
Users can also choose from different levels of flexibility, and select one or multiple solutions at the same time, request multiple quote alternatives and modify at any stage. eNomad also incorporates a chat box function and a personal repository and quote manager section, allowing users to retrieve historic quote requests.
Paolo Ribotta, chief executive officer of Generali Employee Benefits & Global Health, said the platform allows Generali to provide multi-carrier and multi-product solutions.
“As a global player across 118 markets, grouping the propositions of selected network partners in key markets allow us to offer the most effective global coverage solutions,” he said.
