Randall & Quilter replaces outgoing CEO
Ken Randall will step down as group CEO of Randall and Quilter Investment Holdings (RQIH), but will continue to serve as executive chairman of the group.
Roger Sellek will take over as joint CEO, based in Bermuda, alongside Alan Quilter, who jointly founded the business with Ken Randall in 1991. Quilter currently serves as group CFO and will retain that position in addition to his new role.
Sellek, who has also been elected to the board of directors, joins from AM Best where he spent 12 years, most recently as CEO with responsibility for the group’s worldwide activities ex-Americas, based in Singapore.
RQIH is a non-life legacy insurance investor and capacity provider of US and European MGA program business.

This represented a massive increase on the $5 million it generated in the same period in 2018.
