CCMS creates new healthcare platform

Complete Captive Management Services (CCMS) has launched Oikora Health Collective, a new healthcare financing and stewardship platform powered by medTRANS Insurance and created for faith-based and mission-driven employers.

According to CCMS Oikora was built around a simple belief: healthcare resources should be stewarded with the same intentionality, accountability, and purpose that values-driven organisations bring to every other resource entrusted to their care.

The model combines employer ownership, financial discipline, and clinical strategy to give participating organisations greater transparency and control while protecting against high-cost and catastrophic claims, CCMS said.

Ericka McPherson, vice president of captive strategies at Complete Captive Management Services, said: “Faithful stewardship asks us to think differently about healthcare.” Oikora brings that philosophy to healthcare financing, connecting responsible stewardship with better care, stronger outcomes, and long-term sustainability, the company added.
