CHIG gets ready to launch group/agency captive

Chestnut Hill Insurance Group (CHIG) has announced that it is closing in on its proposed launch date for its group/agency captive. 

In a statement on LinkedIn Greg Agnone (pictured), president and chief executive of CHIG said: “Our innovative hybrid will allow agents to enjoy underwriting profits and more control over market pricing fluctuations by becoming captive owners with fellow agents under the CHIG sponsored plan.”

CHIG is currently running semi-monthly webinars and targeted visitations to qualified agents who may be interested in participating. The next two webinars are February 11th for agents and February 13th for insureds, with both sessions having 11:00 EST starts. 

Agnone stated that: “For agents and or insureds who are looking for a way to profit on those <20% LR accounts that continue to see rate increases, your ship has come in.”
