ICMS appoints new vice president

Simon Mulvee has joined independent captive insurance management and insurance management consulting firm ICMS as assistant vice president.

He previously worked for Aon, initially as an insurance executive from August 2021 to April 2022 before being promoted to insurance manager in Birkirkara, Malta, where he managed and developed the Aon captive insurance team in Malta.

Before that he was trading underwriting manager at Eaton Gate MGU’s office in Gibraltar, tasked with creating an offshore underwriting service centre. He was promoted in January 2021 to lead both the operation & underwriting functions.

Mulvee worked for Islands Insurance in the Channel Islands as first an underwriter and then a senior underwriter and commercial product lead from August 2018 to October 2020.
