Japan Tobacco International appoints director of insurance and risk

Japan Tobacco International, part of tabaco product manufacturer Japan Tobacco, has appointed a global director of insurance and risk.

Gary Collins, who boasts 20 years insurance management experience with top tier global companies across diverse industries such as energy, FMCG, and transportation, was previously group insurance and risk leader at another business.

Before that, he was head of insurance at Qatargas. He has also held senior positions at Philip Morris International and Deutsche Post.
