KeyState moves on New York

The KeyState Companies has gained authorisation to manage New York-domiciled captives.

“We are pleased to announce the expansion of our captive management services into New York,” the company wrote in an update. “New York-based companies with captives, including many of our longstanding customers, will now be able to benefit from our captive management services.”

KeyState was founded in 1991 to provide investment subsidiary services to companies and community banks. Through KeyState Captive Management, it runs the largest captive program for community banks in the US, acting for over 80 banks across 23 states.
