Siri Lindley to deliver CICA keynote

Former world champion triathlete Siri Lindley will deliver the keynote speech at the Captive Insurance Companies Association’s International Conference on 6-8 March in Tucson, Arizona.

Lindley, the 2001 ITU Triathlon World Champion, is now a coach who has trained 11 world champions.

“Lindley focuses on two of the timeless traits of great leaders, resilience and authenticity. As the world recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, these characteristics are more crucial than ever,” said CICA, announcing the keynote.

CICA president Dan Towle welcomed the announcement: “As we head into what looks like year three of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all feeling a little worn down in spite of the positive growth we have seen in the captive industry. We are excited to have Siri Lindley as our keynote speaker. Her energy, enthusiasm and strategies for creating a high-performance team culture are truly inspiring.”
