New president at Captive Resources

John Pontin has announced that he has been appointed as president at Captive Resources.

In a statement on LinkedIn he said: "Captive Resources has always been defined by its people. I’m grateful to be part of a team that shows up every day to serve members of the group captives we support with dedication and integrity.

"It’s an honour to step into this new role as President and continue working alongside such a strong group of leaders. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and thankful for the trust our clients and partners place in us.

"Looking ahead, I’m excited for what’s to come and the opportunity to continue supporting our team as we deliver meaningful value to the companies we serve."

Pontil started at Captive Resources in 2017, when he joined as senior vice president - head of business development. Prior to being appointed president he was chief growth officer, a post that he was appointed to in December 2023.
