NRRA conference registration opens
Registration has opened for the National Risk Retention Association (NRRA)’s annual National Conference.
The event will be held at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile hotel on November 13-15.
According to the NRRA by attending Innovating and Advocating: NRRA 2023, risk retention group professionals will be better prepared to thrive in today's market – and tomorrow's, too.
NRRA's menu this year includes: regulatory, NAIC and threatening legislative updates, product development trends, reinsurance challenges, cyber, financial examinations, even directors' training. Other topics include the impact of claims handing on D&O, the macro economy, and ESG.
NRRA also said that it is bringing back its break-out round tables on selected RRG industry-specific topics, and hot topic issues coming out of the panel groups. There will also be an FBI keynote address on cyber-crimes.
“Thanks to NRRA-In-Vision, our RRG Leaders Summit, among other sources of content, we spend all year working on program ideas that will help industry professionals thrive in our uncertain economy,” said NRRA executive director Joe Deems. “To quote Abraham Lincoln, 'The best way to predict the future is to create it,' which is why NRRA continues to be the leader when it comes to innovating and advocating. This has been a year involving some of the most challenging, exciting and creative developments we have seen in many years.”
