Pinnacle promotes Linton to director

Pinnacle Actuarial Resources has promoted Daniel Linton (pictured) to the position of director and consulting actuary. 

In a statement on LinkedIn the company said that it appreciates all of Linton’s contributions to its clients and their success. 

Linton joined the company as a senior consulting actuary in July 2021. He worked extensively with a wide range clients - from captives big and small, to large self-insureds, and government entities covering various property/casualty exposures. 

He was previously a consulting actuary at Select Actuarial Services from April 2007 to July 2021, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to that he was an actuarial analyst at Willis from June 2005 to March 2007, again in Nashville.

Linton was a maths teacher before he joined the insurance industry.
