PwC Bermuda promotes trio to partner positions
PwC Bermuda has announced the promotions of David Cartmill, Crystal Pittendrigh and Damian Sealy to partners at the company, effective immediately.
According to the company the appointments mark significant milestones for the trio, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in the growth of its practice, the strength of its talent, and the companies’ commitment to broadening diversity within senior leadership.

Crystal Pittendrigh, now partner, tax services has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in the re/insurance industry. She advises on US tax matters, including compliance and related informational reporting, and the implementation of Bermuda Corporate Income Tax.
Her primary focus is on Bermuda captives, insurance-linked securities structures, and US consolidated groups. In 2026, she was named to the Captive Review Power 50, which recognises the most influential professionals in the captive insurance industry.
David Cartmill, now partner at private client services brings over 20 years of experience across Bermuda, the UK and Australia. He leads PwC’s dedicated Private Clients practice, specialising in delivering audit, accounting, payroll and supporting services to local and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Working closely with clients, David offers strategic insights to help navigate complex and often unique accounting and reporting challenges. Together with his team, he provides practical, tailored solutions designed to support the long-term success of private clients.
Finally Damian Sealy, is now partner and head of actuarial services. He joined PwC Bermuda in 2019 from the PwC UK firm and leads PwC’s Actuarial Services practice in Bermuda and across the PwC member firms operating in the Caribbean. He advises insurers, reinsurers and captives on actuarial, risk and financial matters across audit and advisory engagements, helping them address complex business and regulatory challenges.
According to the company Sealy has played a key role in expanding PwC’s actuarial practice and developing actuarial talent across the region.
