SRS and Jireh combine to launch new firm on Bermuda

Jireh, a reinsurance innovation solutions provider, and Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, have launched a new operations service on Bermuda for the reinsurance and ILS market.

OpIngen will combine proprietary technology, deep operational expertise, and a new structural model to deliver an end-to-end reinsurance operations service, the founders claim.

“Just as capital-light structures reshaped risk transfer, the industry now needs an operational model built for today’s complexity,” said OpIngen CEO Salvatore Tucci. “OpIngen is the evolution of that belief.  We combine innovative process design, high-integrity execution, and deep operational insight into a single, service-driven operating model.”

Jonathan Reiss, chairman at Strategic Risk Solutions Bermuda, added: “OpIngen provides an operational ecosystem that reinsurers have long needed but never had access to,” said. “By combining Jireh’s innovation with SRS’s global reach, governance, and industry trust, we are delivering a modern operating service engine that supports both lean startups and mature organizations.”
