Lockton appoints duo of risk finance executives

Lockton is expanding its alternative risk practice through the promotion of Trissa Melnychenko and Nick Martin as vice presidents, risk finance consultants.

According to the company the pair will play a crucial role in providing strategic consultation to Lockton’s global clients regarding a wide range of risk financing alternatives. They will both report to Peter Rapciewicz, executive vice president, alternative risk practice leader.

Melnychenko brings nearly 15 years of experience at Lockton to her new role. Previously a key member of the mountain west regional leadership team for Lockton, she has worked extensively with clients across the US on program design, marketing and implementation. She is based in Denver.

Martin joined Lockton in 2015 and most recently served as vice president in Lockton’s Strategic Advisory Practice. He has a wealth of experience in understanding clients’ goals, objectives and business philosophies to drive insurance and risk management solutions. He is based in Atlanta.
