Osborne steps down as president of USA Risk Group

The president of USA Risk Group Gary Osborne has stepped down as president after 22 years at the company.

USA Risk made no further comment on the reason behind his departure, although said "we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours."

Osborne was responsible for the insurance and captive management operations of USA Risk, which has offices in Vermont, South Carolina, Arizona, New York, Bermuda, Barbados and Cayman.

USA Risk and its holding company, Spencer Capital, said that they remain committed to building the company for the long-term.
