WTW Malta appoints new director

John Paul Antoncich (pictured) has been appointed director at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Management (Malta).

He retains his current other position of account director at the company, which he has held since April 2020.

Antoncich is responsible for the management of a team on the provision of insurance management services, including accounting, secretarial, risk management and compliance, including the review of Management Accounts, Regulatory Returns and Financial Statements amongst other financial information.

He is also responsible for the regulatory application of new cells / insurance undertakings with the Malta Financial Services Authority.

He was previously senior client services specialist at WTW in Malta from February 2018 to April 2020, where he was responsible for a wide range of duties that included the licence application and incorporation of an insurance captive, insurance company and insurance agent in Malta.
