BCN opens registration for captive education event
The Bermuda Captive Network (BCN) has announced that registration is open for its Captive Education Summit event.
The summit will be on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI), 40 Crow Lane, HM GX, Bermuda from 1:30pm to 5:15pm, with an optional Networking Reception to follow.
“Stay ahead with the latest captive market news, as we share in-depth insights on key industry topics,” the BCN said in its announcement on registration opening. “Our expert speakers will share the latest updates and practical advice to help you navigate emerging challenges and opportunities for the year ahead.”
Sessions will include:
• BMA Update: Onsites & Compliance
• Registrar of Companies: Beneficial Ownership & Economic Substance Update
• CIT: Bermuda Corporate Income Tax Update
• PIPA Update: Personal Information Protection Act
• Captive Update: Actuarial and Audit Perspectives
• Captives & Commercial Insurers: A discussion with ABIR
