CIRCA shines spotlight on Caymanian talent with new insurance forum
As part of its continued commitment to developing Cayman’s future talent pipeline, the Cayman International Reinsurance Companies Association (CIRCA) is supporting the inaugural Cayman NextGen Insurance Forum, in partnership with the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman and Cayman Islands Insurance Association.
CIRCA is encourage prospective attendees to register and share this opportunity with students, interns, graduates and young professionals within their networks who may benefit from learning more about the industry and the diverse career pathways it offers.
The event will be on May 28, 2026, from 2:30-6pm at the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort.
According to the organisers this free inaugural event will bring together students, school leavers, university students, and early-career Caymanians with industry professionals for an afternoon of education, career insight and meaningful engagement.
The programme will include:
• An introduction to Cayman’s insurance and reinsurance industry
• A young professionals panel and interactive Ask-Me-Anything session
• Career- Focused networking with industry representatives
• Exposure to internships, scholarships, and early-career opportunities
