Atlas Insurance Management, one of the world's leading independent captive insurance managers, provides captive insurance company consulting, formation and management services in Anguilla, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Nevis and Washington D.C.

Formed in 2002, Atlas's continued growth is based upon providing clients with genuinely innovative solutions, a responsive and personal service and its unique access to a number of segregated portfolio companies, allowing it to offer a wide choice and considerable planning flexibility to its clients.

Atlas has worked with all forms of captives including single parent, group, rent-a-captive, RRGs, and cell captives. It has structured and managed captive programs for both property and casualty coverages, including warranty, workers compensation, general liability and medical malpractice.

Our regulatory experience includes working with insurance regulators in multiple domiciles and we interact with many of the State insurance departments throughout the U.S.

Atlas provides the full range of value added services and technical expertise expected of a leading manager. Our strategic partners bring quality services to complement our own, such as actuarial, estate planning, tax advice and risk management. We enjoy long relationships with our clients and specialize in creating, managing and growing captive solutions. Atlas’s services are provided throughout the captive lifecycle, including feasibility studies, formation, underwriting and loss control.

Atlas is owned by its senior management and is completely independent of any broker, agent or insurer. We have the interests of our clients at heart and do not compete with the brokers and agents who choose to work with us. Captive management is our core business.
