Page is the founder of Two Rock Insurance Management Ltd. and is responsible for the overall management, marketing and development of Two Rock’s captive portfolio, including alternative risk transfer programs and rent-a-captives/SAC facilities.
Page is an active member of the captive community and has serves as Executive Member of the Bermuda Insurance Manager’s Association and Director of the Bermuda Captive Owners Association.

Tim has developed and maintains strategic management solutions for Bermuda, U.S. and Lloyds operations for listed commercial insurers (General Ledger, Insurance/Reinsurance Systems, integration and reporting, and Human Resources).
